Frog Teardrop Sterling Silver Earrings designed by Richard Krentz from the Coast Salish Nation. This earring symbolizes a frog that has been carved into the highest grade of silver with an engraver and hand-finished in the Comox Valley, B.C., Canada.
In Coast Salish Culture the frog traditionally represents success coupled with humility. It represents the bounty of both the world and the Spirit but counsels the receiver of the Creator's gifts not to swell up with pride, for then all treasures disappear. It signifies modesty and virtue.
The earrings are close to 1 inch long and 5/8 of an inch wide.
