Orca or Whale Spirit Sterling Silver Jewelry Collection is designed by Richard Krentz from the Coast Salish Nation. This Orca or Whale Collection is comprised of a 1/2 Inch wide Silver Bracelet, an Oval and Teardrop shaped set of Earrings and Pendants, as well as a small wrap Ring.
Each item can be purchased individually, or you can purchase the whole collection with a 14% discount.
The jewellery has been handcrafted in the Comox Valley, B.C., Canada by Richard's apprentice, who has been making this jewellery for over 10 years. The jewellery is carved into the silver with a diamond tipped engraver, cut-out and hand polished.
In Coast Salish Culture the Orca or Whale Symbol traditionally represents the traveller's friend. It comforts and protects the wandering Spirit and those who journey. It signifies the warmth of community and shared memories.
The bracelet is close to 5 3/4 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide. The earrings are close to 1 inch long and 5/8 of an inch wide. The pendants are 1 3/8 inches long and close to 1 inch wide and the wrap ring is between 3/16 of an inch (5 mm) wide at the back and 7/16 of an inch (11 mm) wide at the front. The wrap ring is adjustable from a ring size 3 to about a ring size 7.5.
