Fred Yeltatzie
Fred Yeltatzie was born in 1942 in Masset, Haida Gwaii. His mother was Mary Yeltatzie (maiden name Swanson). His Grandmother’s sister was Florence Edenshaw Davidson and Claude Davidson (Robert Davidson’s Dad) was his first cousin.
He is known for his carvings in argillite and wood.
Fred passed away in 1997.
