He studied 3D Animation at Vancouver Film School, completing his courses in 1998, and has worked with the National Geographic’s All Roads Film Festival since 2004. Simon is perhaps best known as the co-creator of “Raven Tales”, an animated television series sharing Indigenous stories and teachings. For this, he was the first recipient of the National Geographic All Roads Film Grant and received the Milagro Award at the 2004 Santa Fe Film Festival.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThrough his multidisciplinary art practice, Simon continues to explore and share Kwakwaka’wakw culture.
