This sterling silver cutout Bear Ring was hand-carved and signed by Joe Wilson from the Kwakwaka'wakw Nation. The ring is 1/2 of an inch or 1 3/8 centimeters at its widest, and tapers down to nearly 3/8 of an inch or 1 centimeter at the back.
The Bear Symbol represents strength, family, vitality courage and health. The bear is thoughtful and independent, with little need for fellowship. The bear is also self-contained and strong-willed in nature.
