This Chief Copper Pendant in Sterling Silver is hand made by Native Artist Gus Cook from the Kwakwaka´wakw Nation. The pendant has the form of a Northwest Coast Native Copper and represents the transfer of wealth and status to the next generation. This beautiful pendant is made using both the repousse as well as the chasing technique, which manipulates the silver to create a 3D effect.
The pendant is 2 inches or over 5 centimeters wide and 1 3/4 inches or 4 1/2 centimeters long and weighs over .62 ounces or 17 1/2 grams.
